As Senior Executive / Manager (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign), you will work with public agencies to implement workforce development initiatives and enhance the relevance and diversity of public officers’ skills.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in manpower or workforce planning, capability development, or HR strategy and operations.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in competency development and/or job redesign is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with citizens and stakeholders, and to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information
