Senior Manager / Assistant Director (In-Employment Upgrading and Job Redesign) role involves leading a team to work with public agencies to implement workforce development initiatives and transform the workforce. The role requires strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, as well as experience in manpower or workforce planning, capability development, or HR strategy and operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in manpower or workforce planning, capability development, or HR strategy and operations
- Working experience in developing insights from quantitative and qualitative information, and translating insights into actionable strategies and initiatives
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience in competency development and/or job redesign is preferred
