Senior Executive / Manager (Career Development and Transition)

As a Senior Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative policies, programmes, and initiatives to facilitate career development and coaching for public service officers in Singapore. You will work on developing and implementing career development initiatives, frameworks, and programmes to support employees' development and career, and will also be responsible for designing and developing initiatives to facilitate reskilling and career transition for public officers.

Requirements

• Develop and implement innovative policies, programmes, and initiatives for career development and coaching
• Conceptualise, plan, and organise new and innovative career development events and programmes
• Collaborate with Communications Cluster on communication strategy, branding, and outreach efforts
• Provide support for the Public Service Career Coach Network
• Develop and facilitate career development initiatives, frameworks, and programmes
• Design and develop initiatives to facilitate reskilling and career transition
• Working Effectively with Stakeholders
• Serving with Heart, Commitment, and Purpose
• Passionate about helping employees raise their employability
• Having work experience in related areas including policy, human resources, career development, career coaching and partnership engagement will have an advantage

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
