Lead Product Manager, Case Central (Ministry of Social and Family)

GovTech is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead multiple product squads delivering MSF's Case Central platform, empowering caseworkers to deliver holistic, coordinated, and efficient support.

Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes
• 3+ years experience of leading PMs and cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong product craft: Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent in stakeholder management and communication
