Job Description
The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead our product team and shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product management and a proven track record of managing successful products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
