Lead/ Senior Product Manager, Product Management Practice

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Lead/Senior Product Manager to drive high-value digital products across the Singapore Government. The candidate will apply product management principles to design policies/mechanisms to effect behavioural change, or make direct interventions to solve problems, harness opportunities or clear barriers. This involves working at the cross-section between technology policy and product management/engineering/design, and embedding with agency teams to understand their challenges firsthand.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge in product management, including discerning realistic technical requirements and setting the right outcome metrics
• User experience (UX) capabilities, including defining clear problem statements and devise user-centric solutions based on ground truth
• Stakeholder and team management experience, including pushing for product adoption and manage squads to effectively deliver products
• Strong work ethic in taking ownership and accountability to solve the problem
• Willingness to try new approaches, fail and improve, and try again
