Lead / Senior Cybersecurity Governance Specialist, CISO Office

We are seeking a Lead/Senior Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our Cyber Security Group (CSG) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the Ministry-wide security risk register, leading high-level risk conversations with Senior Management and Agency CIOs, and developing a robust framework to guide agencies in performing consistent, high-quality risk analysis. The role will also involve establishing Ministry-wide standards for conducting Threat Risk Assessments, developing SOPs to guide agency project teams in identifying 'Crown Jewels' and mapping comprehensive threat vectors, and defining common security configuration standards.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, Information Security Risk Management, or Security Architecture
• Proven experience in managing risks across IT and Cloud environments
• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) systems
• Deep familiarity with Singapore Government security policies and international standards
• Mastery of risk assessment methodologies
• Strong technical understanding of various Zero Trust Architecture components and cloud security technologies
• Ability to map technical controls to the MITRE ATT&CK framework
