Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our Cyber Security Group (CSG) in the Ministry CISO (MCISO) Office. As a domain expert, you will elevate security testing and 'Secure-by-Design' capabilities across the entire Ministry Family.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of deep technical experience in Cybersecurity
- Proven track record in conducting penetration tests for Web Applications, IT Systems, and complex Network architectures
- Experience in performing manual and automated source code reviews
- Secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC) and common programming languages
- Enterprise-grade SAST, DAST, SCA, and VAPT tools
- Manual and automated testing tools, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and common TTPs
- Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments and Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Professional certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CASE, or GWEB
