Job Description
The Manager (Partnerships & Programmes) will develop and drive community programmes and partnerships to improve living conditions, well-being, and environment of seniors and families in the Central Singapore District.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in designing and implementing community programmes and/or community-based or social support sector
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in a second language (e.g. Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision
- People-centric, with empathy and sensitivity when working with vulnerable groups (e.g. seniors living alone, hoarding cases
