Job Description
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Facilities Management) will oversee campus facilities operations, supervise lease management, and liaise with internal users, partners, and operators. The role involves contract administration, monitoring vendor performance, and driving digitalisation of operational processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Building Services, Estate Management, Facilities Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities/Estate Management
- Experience in government procurement
- Experience in digitalisation of Facilities Management workflow
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Commitment to assigned duties/tasks on time
- Resourceful, proactive in problem-solving, and self-starter
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A sound team player and IT savvy
