Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional in Competency Development and/or Learning & Development to join the Human Resources team at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in competency development, learning and development, or similar HR roles
- Strong knowledge of competency framework design and implementation
- Excellent project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills to work across all organisational levels
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Singapore public sector HR practices and WOG initiatives is a plus
