Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Performance Specialist to join our Safety Division. This role combines expertise in performance psychology, human factors, and safety management to ensure the continued excellence of our air navigation services.
Requirements
- Trained in Psychology, Human Factors, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in aviation psychology or human factors
- Strong expertise in performance coaching and human factors analysis
- Experience in safety investigations and incident analysis
- Proven track record in programme development and implementation
- CISM certification or equivalent crisis intervention training
