Director of Compensation

We are seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the compensation process for the organization, responsible for designing, governing, and administering compensation programs including base pay, short- and long-term incentives, and job levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional Excel skills, and a passion for driving data-driven decisions to support the organization's compensation strategy.

Requirements

• Own and drive the compensation strategy and program governance across the organization
• Build and maintain complex Excel models to analyze and evaluate compensation data
• Utilize Excel to perform advanced analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to support decision making related to compensation
• Conduct localized market research and analyze current market compensation practices
• Collect, analyze, and model compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations
