Job Description
Puget Sound Energy is looking for a Performance and Change Management Principal to lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, drive business performance initiatives, and manage business transformation and organizational change. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, change management, and data science, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or technology
- 7 years of experience successfully leading/implementing multi-disciplined projects and initiatives
- Certification in structured and informal process improvement or change management methodologies
