Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Senior Performance and Change Analyst to lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, identify and manage business performance initiatives, and drive measurable performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business, engineering or technology; or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
- 5 yearsâ experience leading and utilizing process improvement or change management techniques/tools.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team to drive results.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills.
- Experience managing small projects and teams to achieve a business need.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to present information in a professional manner.
- Ability to prepare and present to the director/executive level.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision and/or goal.
- Experience facilitating.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, management consulting, or business transformation role.
- Demonstrated success leading data-driven transformation initiatives that changed how a business operates.
- Highly collaborative; thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
- Experience partnering with business leaders to shape strategy and influence decisions.
- Proven ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to structured, measurable solutions.
- Success proactively identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
