Job Description
Pulley is building a software platform to accelerate construction permitting by condensing timelines from months to days or hours. They are a fast-growing startup backed by major venture capital firms. The role involves supporting project managers, conducting permit research, preparing plans, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
- Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
- Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
- Comfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes
- Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver
