Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our Biochemistry team in East London. The role involves performing diagnostic tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and participating in quality assurance schemes.
Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience in Biochemistry
- Proficient in using Cobas Pure and Cobas 8000 analysers
- Experience with Q-Pulse quality management system
- Familiarity with UKAS standards and laboratory best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Benefits
- £28 – £30 per hour
- Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 or 11:30 – 20:00
