Job Description
As the Head of People & Culture, you'll design and deliver innovative HR initiatives that empower our people and strengthen our culture. Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a HR role, overseeing and motivating your team to deliver.
- Strong business acumen and strategic capability.
- A deep knowledge of best practice HR and ability to impact workplace culture.
- Ability to influence and negotiate decision making at all levels of the organisation.
- A general understanding of payroll operations and legislation in Australia.
- Flexibility to work outside business hours when required.
- A current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain if successful).
