Ensuring smooth and secure real estate closings for all involved in the transaction. The Escrow Officer is primarily responsible for performing tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years Escrow Officer/Assistant Escrow Officer experience
- Licensing requirements as required by State/Federal Agencies
- Notary Public license requirements as required by State
- Customer service skills with experience engaging with diverse homebuyer demographics
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast paced and demanding work environment
- Effective follow up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adjust well to change
- Ability to collaborate effectively across dispersed teams in multiple locations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with OneNote and SoftPro is a plus
