Job Description
Ensuring smooth and secure real estate closings for all involved in the transaction. Performing tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions, including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements, preparation and coordination of deeds, and verification of loan documents and insurance documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years Escrow Officer/Assistant Escrow Officer experience
- Licensing requirements as required by State/Federal Agencies
- Notary Public license requirements as required by State
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle fast paced and demanding work environment
- Effective follow up skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adjust well to change
- Ability to collaborate effectively across dispersed teams in multiple locations
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with OneNote and SoftPro is a plus
