We’re seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team helping customers adopt Pulumi’s modern infrastructure platform. This role is crucial in driving team performance, enhancing customer adoption and fostering strong partnerships with our sales team, ensuring the technical win during the sales cycle and partnering with Pulumi product teams.
Requirements
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that aligns with company values and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and managed a team of 6 to 10 customer facing architects, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized growth plans for team members.
- Partner with the sales team to review customer opportunities and bring technical evaluations to successful conclusion.
- Work closely with architects to understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring tailored solutions are provided.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product teams and Executive Leadership to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a strong, skilled and diverse team.
- Promote a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
