Requirements
- 10+ years of Account Management or Brand Partnerships experience (Beauty and/or Personal Care preferred. Omni-channel business preferred)
- Proven ability to manage and grow large or complex brand partnerships
- Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue and partner outcomes
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Results-driven problem solver who can anticipate partner needs and act proactively
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and going the extra mile
