The Director, FP&A is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving financial insight, planning excellence, and performance management across the Canadian organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in a Director level role
• University degree in Commerce, Business, Finance a must
• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal/written)
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking, multi-national environment, manufacturing preferred
• A demonstrated Strategic Business Partner to shape financial direction and Strategy
