We are seeking a Research and Development Engineer to join our team in Moldova. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for developing the product range, initiating partnerships, and contributing to the construction of research processes. You will also be expected to optimize the product range, coordinate strategic innovation projects, and support business development by visiting customers and understanding their needs.

Requirements

• Studies in Food Technology, Biochemistry or related fields
• Passion and interest in the food industry, ingredients and technological processes
• Analytical thinking, innovative spirit and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• English language - intermediate level (a fluent level is an advantage)
• Familiarity with the digital environment and desire for continuous learning
