Job Description
We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our team in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium. As a Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing pricing strategies across a global portfolio. You will be responsible for defining and implementing pricing strategies, translating product value into clear pricing recommendations, and leading pricing for new product launches.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related field in an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Solid commercial acumen and experience with value-based pricing approaches
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a structured and pragmatic approach
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (ERP such as SAP, BI tools like Power BI or QlikView)
