Senior Pricing Manager Chocolate position at Puratos in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium. The role involves leading strategic pricing initiatives, managing a team, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape the global pricing vision for the Chocolate business unit.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing or a related field within an international environment
- Strong expertise in product marketing and value-based pricing approaches
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Digital-oriented and tech-savvy; experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch, French, or other languages are an advantage
