Manager, Online Student Success

The Manager of Online Student Success serves as the supervisor for the operational online student success coach team supporting online learners and initiatives. This position will oversee online student success coaches and the development of retention and engagement strategies across colleges to support online graduate students to reach their academic, career, and professional development goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, management, public administration, communication, or related field
• Three (3) years of previous experience in one or more of the following: customer service, coaching, training/development, advising, student recruitment/retention, or related student services
• Experience-related understanding of professional ethics in the coaching process
• Defining and implementing data and assessment practices
• Utilizing a holistic approach toward student balance, achievement, and success
• Team leadership and/or supervisory experience with a team of entry or intermediate level professionals
