Student Service- Networking

The primary function of this job is to aid in the day-to-day requirements of keeping Purdue's records and network up-to-date and functioning.

Requirements

• Aid in tracking Purdue Information Connections and network infrastructure throughout campus
• Personal interface with customers across campus to assist with network troubleshooting
• Deploy and install networking gear to support the customer's networking needs
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Assist with verification site visits to ensure the quality of contractor installations
• Create, process, and distribute MAC (Move, Add, and Change) forms
