Associate Member Advocate Training Program- July 2026 (Scottsdale, AZ)

We're a member-owned property and casualty insurer designed exclusively for financially successful families, and we're looking for an Associate Member Advocate to provide exceptional service to our members during difficult times. The role involves taking phone calls, delivering customer service, and handling claims to resolution, as well as participating in a comprehensive onboarding program and having opportunities for professional and personal development.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant, school, or retail store
• Ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks
• Ability to remember details, prioritize competing tasks, and think critically to solve problems
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
