The Senior Manager, Product Development will drive coverage related projects for PURE's casualty lines of business, creating and maintaining policy forms and endorsements. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on high-net-worth insurance products. The individual will work closely with several business units and report to the VP, Product Development.
Requirements
- Provide overall management of national coverage strategy for personal auto, personal excess liability and watercraft lines of business.
- Develop comprehensive coverage strategies that align with product initiatives.
- Lead collaboration with underwriting and claims partners to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of policy language.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor actions, industry developments, and Member needs.
- Demonstrate the highest levels of ethics, values, and integrity.
