State Management Senior Product Manager - North Carolina Specialist

We are seeking an analytical, collaborative, and growth-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our State Management team within Product Management. This role serves as the primary owner of North Carolina property and casualty product strategy within the high net worth personal lines market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance product management with demonstrated increased responsibilities over time
• Deep knowledge of the P&C industry, carriers and their markets, insurance product pricing, drivers of profitability
• Demonstrated expertise navigating the North Carolina regulatory environment, including NCRB rate structures, filings, circulars, and NCRF requirements
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into insights and make sound, data-driven recommendations
