Job Description
Pure Power is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Design Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across commercial, industrial, utility-scale, and microgrid projects (100kW to 100MW). This individual contributor role focuses on BESS design, integration with solar PV, and collaboration with engineering teams. The role involves hands-on technical design and a technical lead position suitable for an engineer enjoying deep technical work.
Requirements
- Lead the electrical design of BESS projects.
- Model system behavior for performance and lifecycle scenarios using industry tools.
