Recruiter

We're an exciting tech company that's reshaping the data storage industry and seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment team. As a Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles and work with hiring managers to define role outcomes, success profiles, and interview plans. You'll also use market insights and data to shape hiring decisions and help the company grow.

Requirements

• Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment, hiring for Engineering and/or corporate functions in EMEA.
• Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle.
• Proven sourcing expertise.
• Ability to influence and coach stakeholders using data and market insights.
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
