We are seeking a University Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for student and early-career hiring, helping shape the next generation of talent at Everpure. As a University Recruiter, you will build strong partnerships with top universities, represent Everpure at campus recruiting events, and create engaging student meetups and talent programs that strengthen our employer brand.
Requirements
- Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment, hiring for Engineering and/or corporate functions in EMEA ideally with previous experience in campus recruitment
- Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building through offer, negotiation, and close
- Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape and ability to discuss technical concepts to assess candidates' experience
- Proven sourcing expertise, including advanced use of social media, professional networks, and Boolean search to find and engage talent
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, using data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and priorities
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a high bar for talent, while managing multiple requisitions and priorities
