Join Pure Storage in Tokyo, Japan as a Sales Enablement Business Partner. This role involves leading local enablement execution for Japan, working closely with sales leaders, managers, and sellers to identify capability gaps and co-create enablement programs that improve pipeline quality, win rates, and seller confidence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales management or sales leadership, native or near-native Japanese language skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Highly credible in Japan field environment through strong enterprise sales management or sales leadership background
• Native or near-native Japanese and strong business English required
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link enablement initiatives to pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes
