Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Studio team, delivering high-quality design across multiple channels and contributing to how we scale creative more effectively. As a Senior Designer, youâll shape both the creative output and the systems that support it, partnering closely with Creative Lead, Brand, Marketing and stakeholders across markets.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, conceptually sound work across multiple channels
- Clear strength in craft, with a sharp eye for typography, layout and visual systems
- Experience working with or building scalable design systems, templates or toolkits
- Curiosity and openness to new tools, including automation and AI, and how they can enhance creative workflows
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with After Effects and Premiere Pro desirable
- Experience working at pace across multiple briefs, markets and audiences, whilst maintaining quality and consistency
- Confidence presenting work and engaging with stakeholders at different levels
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace without compromising quality
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to bring others with you
- Experience motivating and leading a team, whether as part of a project team or direct line management
