Senior Creative Designer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Creative & Brand Team in London. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ and two days remote. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketing Team to create exciting, effective, engaging and on-brand marketing campaigns across all channels.

Requirements

• A highly experienced graphic designer with strong conceptual thinking and exceptional execution across digital and print.
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrable experience integrating AI into your creative process – using emerging tools to enhance ideation, production, personalisation, or efficiency.
• Naturally curious and future-focused – you actively explore new technologies and are excited by the opportunity to shape how AI elevates both craft and commercial impact.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with performance – confident interpreting data, reporting on outcomes, and applying insights to future creative.
• Experienced working in a studio environment, producing film and photography content.
• A natural leader and confident communicator, capable of motivating and influencing colleagues with positive, solutions-driven energy.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with responsibility and accountability in both creative output and project management.
