Job Description
The Sanitation Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and safety by following Good Manufacturing Processes and Federal, State, and local food protection standards.
Requirements
- 2 plus years of sanitation management experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Manages, evaluates, motivates, and directs sanitation initiatives for Plant Sanitation supervision and crew.
- Ensures compliance with standards and systems to monitor food safety, and facility cleanliness.
- Ensures compliance and monitors standards for local sanitation manpower, and supply expenses.
- Schedules, trains, and directs cleaning crews.
