Job Description
Purple Land Management is seeking a detail-oriented Landman | Reviewer to join their team and support project management efforts. The ideal candidate will conduct title research, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and review the work of other landmen, providing constructive feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency in all research and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title work, including surface, mineral, and leasehold research
- AAPL membership
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
