Job Description
Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a detail-oriented Landman | Reviewer to join their team and support project management efforts. The ideal candidate will conduct title research, maintain communication with stakeholders, analyze findings, manage priorities, and review the work of other landmen, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title work, including surface, mineral, and leasehold research
- AAPL membership
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
