Job Description
Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a detail-oriented Landman | Reviewer to review and refine the work of fellow landmen, ensuring it meets established standards. The ideal candidate will excel at title research, thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment, and can work independently. The goal is to deliver accurate research, calculations, and contracts to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in title work, including surface, mineral, and leasehold research
- AAPL membership
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
