Job Description
Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking a skilled Landman to join their team and provide comprehensive title research, calculation, and contract review. This role involves working with a team, analyzing records, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues, ensuring high accuracy and maintaining quality standards. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records
- AAPL membership
- Proven ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
