Job Description
Purple Land Management is seeking a detail-oriented Title Abstractor Landman to join their team in Morgantown, WV. This role involves conducting title research, verifying ownership, and providing comprehensive reports to support energy development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in title or mineral research and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be local to the Morgantown, WV area and willing to conduct in-person research at local courthouses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in title/mineral research.
- A Juris Doctorate or degree in Energy Management may be substituted but must be accompanied by relevant job-related experience.
- Strong ability to meet specific daily and weekly deadlines based on internal and client requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
