Job Description
Purple Land Management is seeking a consistent and patient Title Abstractor Landman to join their growing team. The role involves mineral and title research, reporting to the project management team, utilizing online databases or county courthouses, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment to provide clients with research needed for drilling operations and lease payouts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in title/mineral research
- Ability to meet specific deadlines, daily and weekly
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
