Executive Assistant (Mat Leave Coverage)

As Pursuit’s Executive Assistant, you will support our CEO and play a critical role in managing and coordinating key meetings and activities across the organization. This will be a temporary role lasting between 3-4 months.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a nonprofit, startup, or high-growth environment
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex calendars simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence on behalf of senior leadership
