Executive Assistant

Sage is a small, tight team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs building a software-enabled, mission-driven company to improve care and quality of life for older adults. As the Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a strategic operational partner to some of our Co-Founders, enabling them to work with greater focus, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leaders in high-velocity, high-touch, high-stakes environments
• Exceptional calendar and time management skills
• Strong prioritization instincts
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
