Job Description
The Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services team at PwC supports clients through moments of exceptional change by providing accounting advisory services. As an Accounting and Transaction Advisory Senior Associate, you will be responsible for complex financial reporting issues around transactions and other transformational events.
Requirements
- Financial accounting and reporting experience
- Deals environment experience
- Public company audits experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and changing project-based environment
