Requirements
- Identify, engage, and attract seniorâlevel, passive technical talent across AI, Cloud Architecture, and Software Engineering using targeted sourcing and direct outreach strategies, with occasional support on nonâtechnical roles as business needs require
- Proactively build and maintain diverse, futureâready talent pipelines for AI, Architecture, and Software Development roles through creative sourcing, market mapping, and relationshipâdriven engagement
- Develop a strong understanding of Azureâbased environments and associated technologies to effectively assess and engage technical talent aligned to our ecosystem
- Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens and exploratory conversations to understand candidatesâ technical capabilities, career motivations, and growth aspirations using behavioral and skillsâbased interviewing techniques
- Deliver a highâquality, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer, acting as a trusted point of connection and advocate for both the candidate and the business
- Build and sustain longâterm relationships with technical professionals across industries, creating talent communities that can be activated for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and hiring managers during intake and sourcing strategy discussions to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities
- Share relevant market insights with stakeholders, including talent availability, emerging skill trends, and competitive hiring dynamics, to support informed decisionâmaking
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand business goals, workforce priorities, and regional hiring needs, contributing thoughtful input to hiring strategies
- Maintain visibility into sourcing activity and pipeline progress, using insights to continuously improve how we approach and support technical hiring
