nCino Technical Business Analyst

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications, providing consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and nCino solutions, oversee build, DevOps, and QA to ensure high-quality, scalable outcomes, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Typically 8+ years’ experience in technology delivery, with significant experience in Salesforce and nCino environments
• Proven track record in leadership roles across build, DevOps, and QA functions
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (business and technology)
• Experience managing teams, vendors and offshore/onshore delivery models
• Commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and contributing to sales opportunities
• Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments
