PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Proposal Coordinator and Writer Trainee (m/f/d). The mission is to support the creation of tailored, accurate, and impactful proposals that reflect the company’s brand and strategic vision for a wide range of clients and sectors.
Requirements
- Participate in the entire proposal process alongside the Proposal Manager and business team, gaining exposure to all stages
- Help set up the initial proposal structure according to RFP guidelines, together with the Proposal Manager
- Collect and process information needed to answer RFPs, such as boilerplates, CVs, capabilities, client references, and signatures, including liaising with other territories as needed
- Collect and create standard paragraphs for future proposals, contributing to the Knowledge Base and updating materials regularly
- Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting proposal documents for various business opportunities
- Edit and proofread written material, mainly in English, for proposals and related business requests
- Regularly update internal follow-up and reporting tools to track progress and deadlines
- Use project management tools to support the proposal cycle and ensure all steps are completed on time
- Take meeting minutes, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure information is delivered to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (subject matter experts, business development, marketing) to gather necessary information and insights
- Monitor deadlines and coordinate submission processes to ensure timely delivery
- Support the development of templates, checklists, and best practice guides for proposal writing
- Participate in feedback sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes
